Nadin Behr

MY STORY SO FAR.

Born in East Germany, raised in Schwerin. After finishing school, I moved to Hamburg to become a freight forwarding agent. And I’ve stayed ever since. Today, this vibrant city is my home, shared with my family and close friends.

I spent over 20 years working for an US based logistics company. International, fast-paced, demanding. I started out in an entry-level role and, and studied logistics beside my day to day job. I had many other positions and titles to finally join the European top management. At some point, I realized: I don’t just like change, I need it. It keeps me motivated. It gives me the sense that what I do matters. I love learning new things, shaping processes, and working closely with people from all over the globe. That’s why today, I work as a systemic coach.

WHAT STAYS WITH ME.

What remains after all those years? Of course, I’m proud of the business results we achieved. The manager and strategist in me appreciates measurable success. But what really stays with me are the people. The friendships. The moments of real connection. The trust we built together.

I’ve always been a trusted person. For professional topics and private struggles alike. Someone people turn to, someone whose door is always open. The ability to create real connection has always been part of who I am. And it’s still the foundation of my work today.

EVERYTHING CHANGES, ALWAYS.

One thing is certain: Everything is always changing. And that’s ok! The only question is. How you deal with it?

In my first coaching experience, someone finally asked the right questions. It took a lot of courage to say out loud what I still wanted from life. And even more to admit: It’s time. Time to do more of what truly fulfills me. Time to show up where I can really be close to people. Where I can make a real difference.

WHY I DO, WHAT I DO!

At the end of my life, I want to be able to say: I made a difference. Not through volume, but through presence. Through the spaces I’ve held. Through the encounters that moved people and created lasting change.

I believe in a life that’s more than to-do lists, family obligations, and the next vacation. I believe in people who have the courage to place themselves back at the center of their own lives. And I know how hard that can be as there’s no secret recipe for it. This life is for you, to explore, to try things out. That’s why giving up?! Is not an option. Because one thing is for sure: No one gets out of this alive.

It’s easy to talk about the beautiful things. Dreams, wishes, visions. But what about what’s really holding you back? The thoughts we rarely say out loud. The parts of ourselves we don’t like to be seen, by ourselves and others.

As a systemic coach, I create a space where everything can be said. Without judgment. Without shame. I’m not here to give you advice or to become your new favorite person. I’m here to help you reconnect with what truly matters to you.
